1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, if the order has already been processed, the cancellation request may not be entertained.

2. AKS JEWELLERS will issue refunds/replacements if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory.

3. Any refund approved by AKS JEWELLERS will take 5-7 days to process.
